This fantastic looking hydrocal kit features a number of upgrades and improvements over previous Downtown Deco releases. Mt. Albert scale Lumber for the wood fence, Paper Creek pre-aged rusty corrugated roofing for the shed, Tichy windows, Rix Products storefront, laser cut “auction” stencil, full color signs (including the great “pinup” style “Bottoms Up Bar”), laser cut roof, a bag of brand new detail castings (boxes, crates, junk etc), micro shredded newspaper for “street debris”, full color billboard, tarpaper roofing, awnings and complete, easy to understand painting and aging instructions.
